We make wine almost every year. 2005 was a banner
year. We made a 15 gallon barrel the old
way. A little micro-brew by hand and
.... a few bottles of dandelion wine. New, 2007, plastic wine and wine made by using just a gallon bottle! Check out some easy-to-make strawberry & blackberry and even garden spearmint liquors! |

With a few extra bucks we were able to buy a professional quality microscope on E-bay for less than $100. It was well worth it! Just look at some of our pictures. |
Car Repair

Replacing the brakes on an '88 Dodge Caravan -- what better way to relax on a hot/humid summer afternoon. Once you bust your knuckles a few times your not even thinking about the temperature! The story here is really PART II. This adventure started two weeks when I realized the pad's needed replacement. The left pad went 'sorta fine', but the right was bad! There is a bolt that holds the caliper to the wheel and I had managed to strip that bolt! |
